Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item(s) purchased (excluding Poli custom-made gear*), please contact us at luan@hardcorebrands.com.au to notify us of the problem.

For ready-made or off-the-shelf products you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they're supposed to do. Returns for convenience (e.g. if you change your mind about the goods once you have received them), will attract a $25.00 admin fee.

In the unlikely event that your order does not fit you, your item can be exchanged for another size, colour, or variant of the same item you originally purchased to the same value. If the item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, then a refund will be processed for the difference. If the item is exchanged for an item of higher value, then full payment will be required before the item is dispatched.

Return / exchange item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (excludes custom made gear). In this instance, post the item back to us via mail with tracking within 30 days in NEW and UNUSED state with all tags, labels and original packaging and we will gladly issue a refund, exchange or credit (whichever is applicable).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) on the original order will be deducted from your refund also.

Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Damaged / used products
  • Poli custom-made garments* (read about Poli custom gear returns / exchanges here)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Swim passes

To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If we notify you that your refund has been processed, please allow a few days (usually up to 3 business days) for your refund to reflect in your bank account.
If no refund appears in your bank account within 3 business days, please contact us at luan@hardcorebrands.com.au.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your exchanged product.
